In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, please note that personal data obtained via the ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT websites through your registration as User of the products and services provided by ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT, will be included in the ICODE CONSULTORS SLU customer file for the purpose of delivering the services contracted for, as well as providing you with information about other products and services which might be of interest to you.

In any event, the User may exercise the rights of access, correction, cancellation or challenge, recognised under the law, by conventional mail addressed to the head office of ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT at Vilamarí, 50 5b de Barcelona, or by email addressed to info@icode.es to exercise the abovementioned rights, and in compliance with Data Protection Agency Instruction 1/1998, of 19 January, you are required to confirm your identity to ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or by any other method valid under the Law. However, any change or correction to your personal details can be made directly on the Web Site having identified yourself using your Username and Password.

ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT has implemented technical and organisational security measures to ensure confidential treatment of your data, to avoid its loss, alteration or access, as provided for under the Security Measures Regulation, approved under Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June.

Accuracy and correctness of the data provided

The User is solely responsible for ther accuracy and correctness of the data recorded, releasing ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT from any responsibility in that regard. In all cases, Users guarantee and are answerable for, the accuracy, currency and correctness of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly up to date. The User confirms they have been informed of the conditions relating to data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated handling thereof on the part of ICODE.ES / ICODE.CAT, in the manner and for the purposes described in this Policy on the Protection of Personal Data.
